Delete your Luqway data

How to request deletion

1. Enter the name and mobile number used for your Luqway booking or profile.
2. Submit your request by email or WhatsApp using the buttons on this page.
3. Luqway may contact you to verify that the request belongs to you.
4. After verification, eligible personal data will be deleted or anonymized.
5. You will receive confirmation after the request has been processed.

Data that may be deleted

• Passenger name and contact details.
• Optional email address.
• Saved preferences and profile details.
• Booking information that is not legally required to be retained.
• Support messages associated with your request, where permitted.

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained when required or permitted for legal, accounting, security or fraud-prevention purposes.

• Payment or transaction records.
• Tax and accounting records.
• Records connected to an active refund or dispute.
• Fraud-prevention and security records.
• Information required by applicable law or authorities.

Processing and retention period

Luqway aims to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Certain legally required records may be retained for the period required by applicable law, after which they may be deleted, anonymized or securely restricted.

An active booking, payment, refund or dispute may need to be completed before related information can be deleted.
